Joe Palmer, Owner/Broker

Since 1982, I have been a Realtor in the greater Daytona Beach area, and have years of professional experience. My career started in April of 1982, when I nervously took my real estate exam in a room of hundreds of other applicants. The day I received the results for the exam in the mail, I was greatly relieved to learn that I had passed the exam on my first attempt. From there, I obtained a position at the now retired, Hudson Realty Company, and after a few weeks of becoming oriented with my new line of work, I sold my first property!    This sale made me realized I had a gift for working as a Realtor. I then moved on to management within Hudson Realty,   In 1992,  I took a hiatus and worked in corporate America since the real estate market was slow and my wife and I had just become parents.   In 1998, I returned to real estate by opening my own company, Sunrise Realty. Many things have changed since 1982, and I have continued to better my skills and provide the best quality of service possible for my sellers and buyers.
